- Capstone Business Simulation
CBS simulation is a multi-round business simulation that requires participants to work in groups and lead their business organization in a competitive industry. In each round, participants decide the company’s product portfolio, pricing, promotions, R&D, operations, financial management, HRM, TQM and other managerial decisions to optimise business performance. The simulation would help participants:
- Practice organizational leadership roles in group work
- Integrate and align multiple functional areas to create & implement organizational strategy
- Competitive benchmarking and stakeholder management
- Designing & preparing Business Plan
The participants are expected to develop a saleable venture plan by
- Create the idea
- Identify market demand
- Define a business model
- Identify competitors
- Build a comprehensive marketing plan
- Identify Funding processes / Prepare a financial plan
- Present a final report
The project will be announced at the end of module 01 and would be submitted/presented at the end of module 03
- The participants would be guided and mentored by IIMN faculty
- The project task includes problem identification, scope definition, primary and secondary data collection, data analysis, recommendations, creating and presentation of a business plan and implementation planning.
- Participants would integrate learning from all courses in the project
Certificate Program
The program is delivered through blended learning mode. The in-class component will involve a variety of pedagogical techniques such as lectures, case discussions, simulation games, role plays, group projects and other experiential exercises. The online component delivered through state-of-the-art interactive mode will facilitate learning through synchronous mode using multi-media components involving case discussion, audio and video engaging components.
